Kendra Prospero worked as a software engineer at IBM. A dream job for many and Kendra did her job very well however that job was draining of energy day after day.
Kendra was on track to become one of the top executives at IBM but after an assignment got demoted. At the same time she became pregnant so she took a leave of absence for the time being. While at home she felt like something was missing (Kendra just had to do something) so she went back to IBM for a part time job. Eventually Kendra decided to start her own business and that’s how Turning The Corner was born.
Turning the Corner LLC has 2 main goals in sight: Working with job seekers to hep them find jobs they love and working with companies to create an environment where employees love their jobs. Since launching the company 5 years ago Kendra has seen a 100% growth every single year. How is that for success?
