Sue B. Zimmerman is an entrepreneur. Her blog is ranked as one of the top 10 social media blogs in 2017 by Social Media Examiner. She’s also one of the most popular CreativeLive instructors and has been named by Huffington Post – Top 50 Must-Follow Women Entrepreneurs in 2017.
Sue was a born entrepreneur. She started her very first business at the age of 13 and she had her first million-dollar business at the age of 22. She launched 18 different businesses in her life and today she is helping small businesses get better at Instagram Marketing.
A few years ago Sue owned a small retail shop and did social media marketing on Facebook, Twitter and Foursquare. However, when she saw her twins using Instagram she got really intrigued by this platform. Sue started looking into it and opened an account for her store. Over 1 summer the store increased its sales by 40% because of Instagram marketing. Sue and her employees actually asked every single client how they found out about the store and many said it was on Instagram. In fact, some customers walked in holding their phone with Sue’s Instagram account, asking for very specific items.
Today Sue is helping businesses leverage the power of Instagram. Although many think of IG as a simple place to share pictures, it can actually be a very powerful marketing tool if used correctly. In this episode Sue gives out a lot of helpful details on how to do just that. How to choose your profile picture, what to write in your Instagram bio and how to interact with other Instagram users.
