Jeff McMahon has been a personal trainer for several years. He loved his clients, his work and the gym that he worked at. However at some point the gym was sold and things started changing. Jeff understood he couldn’t work there anymore and he needed to do something else. Many of the clients decided to follow Jeff wherever he went.
Jeff built a very successful private training practice earning him a comfortable living but Jeff still wanted something different. He started listening to entrepreneurship podcasts such as SPI by Pat Flynn and this is when it hit him: he had to take his passion and expertise online. This is how Total Body Construction (TBC) was born. TBC offers 3 different levels of personalized training to help entrepreneurs and those who work from home stay fit. I totally love the idea and obviously many others love it as well as Jeff’s online business keeps on growing.
I am not going to spoil the episode by explaining everything here so scroll up and press that PLAY button for all the juicy details!
