2016 has been a great year. We should reflect on that and make 2017 even better.
In my opinion, goal-setting is one of the more important things we can do for our business and life in general. Why set goals? Simply because you need to know what you’re trying to achieve. If you aren’t crystal clear about what you want to achieve, how could you possibly achieve it?
Although I believe we should be setting new goals and reviewing them all the time, the beginning of the new year often serves as this time for most of us in the form of New Year resolutions.
